As the manager of Airplane Systems Process and Tools, I am responsible for providing the Boeing airplane systems engineering community with the resources necessary to effectively design, implement, and certify the electrical systems across all commercial airplanes.I oversee a team that collaborates across multiple functional organizations to create, review, and revise the official processes that govern airplane systems. In addition, we maintain alignment of these processes with the various software tools used to manage the complexity of airplane systems. We develop and manage the training courses and materials that ensure the engineering community is knowledgeable and proficient in the use of these processes and tools as well as the general airplane systems discipline.
