Oit Infrastructure Support Specialist
Current• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs• Help faculty and staff with applications and software approved for campus use• Troubleshoot problems on university-owned and student-owned machines• Provide technical support via phone, in person, and over desktop streaming applications• Work hands on in a consumer facing environment to resolve issues• Quickly respond to network, port, and course delivery outages or disruptions• Perform operating system updates and recommend technological upgrades
