I started off my professional journey at Dicks Sporting Goods as an apparel associate, and quickly worked my way upwards into the Operations Leader role. There, I spent five years learning and mastering the operations processes, loss prevention, merchandising, merchandise life cycle, customer service, leadership, recruiting, freight flow, data entry, POS, and so much more. I departed Dicks Sporting Goods for a role as a Field Operations Coordinator at Peloton, Interactive. At Peloton, I was able to experience the fast-paced environment of coordinating several different aspects of the business; from fleet to facilities, recruiting to HR, community outreach to fostering our own culture on-site. Two bachelors degrees in History and National Security meant I also have experience in research, analytics, public policy, law, social sciences, emergency response, and government.
