The drive to achieve this is fuelled by my decade long experiences dealing with the fallout of data breaches involving both private companies and governments that have led to multiple identity thefts and my name being changed on my credit profile cause hundreds of additional difficulties rippling over time. My personal goal is to end data breaches as we know them.

Volunteered my time providing end user support to various community managed blockchain projects. This gave me a valuable look into issues affecting mass adoption by the end user. It also allowed me to gain experience regarding business and technological challenge of various blockchains striving for greater adoption. Cumulatively I learned what blockchain can do and equally learned what it can’t do, which provides a firm understanding viable business cases which can benefit from blockchain and not view it as a panacea.

Providing lawn care and snow removal services for fixed and low-income families, seniors, and small to medium-sized businesses. Husband and wife team started with only offering snow removal using only a Lincoln Town Car, a push broom, and a scoop shovel. Built up to a full-size truck, enclosed trailer, and equipment required to take of all outside property maintenance for 35 properties including roto-tiling, windows/eaves cleaning, tree/hedge trimming, fertilizing, weed control, aeration, etc. Was closed due to rapid gas price increases which our fixed income customers could not absorb.

Saw to day-to-day operations to ensure excellent services were being performed. Was also hands on with providing those services ranging from analysis, planning, design, construction of various computer systems. Then ultimately integrating them into the home or office network ensuring security and proper operation. At times these networks became regional in size requiring the design and implementation of virtual private networking over the public internet and making sure those connections were not only secure but also highly available and fault tolerant for mission critical operations.
