Pioneered a newly-created role; drove new processes and deliberate leadership to the Mid-Level (ML) Team. Built ML Fundraising Team of 10, with 5 work remotely. Within this role, I wear many hats while managing multiple time-sensitive operations and oversight. One of my favorite aspects of this position is developing and executing plans for increased business development. As a strategic partner, I lead Mid-Level donor fundraising campaign management. I create and put into place systems and processes that catapult donor pledges - meeting or exceeding our organization’s fiscal year-end goals and revenue targets. Another rewarding facet of my position is directing a team of dedicated personnel to think outside the box to cultivate, secure, and nurture new donor relationships. I supervise, train, and mentor off-site ML/Junior Mid-Level representatives and 2 in-house admin team members. Hold team members accountable and annually launch/execute 4-5 fundraising campaigns.Steer ML Team to successfully "lift" Mid-Level donors to major gift levels (from 4-figure to 5-figure $$ giving.) Lifted 26 donors to $10K+ in Fiscal 2018 and 10 additional to $5 - $10K range. Exceeded Fiscal 2018 revenue goals with under-budget expenses. Launched broader stewardship of $5-15K foundations. Launched IRA and Stock Gift with early success.

Cold calling is no one’s friend; however, in this role as Director of teams of 7 to 18 personnel, I inspired, motivated, and guided staff to perform telephone fundraising efforts. Supervised administrative roles. Managing employees in a high-turnover industry, I carefully recruited and vetted top-performing energetic personnel that found importance and meaning in their work. Managed fundraising campaign operations - developed and orchestrated dozens of phone fundraising campaigns. Met or exceeded annual budget 14 out of 18 years.Recruited thousands of new organizational donors at minimal cost-to-acquire from 2008-2012. Co-led session on telephone fundraising at the 2007 Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) National Conference.
