Limited, a Singapore company which in turn holds 99.98% in OnPoint Vietnam Company Limited, an e-commerce solutions provider in Vietnam, at a total acquisition consideration of US$50 million.• Assisted a Thai state-owned enterprise of a proposed acquisition in a BOT coal-fired power plant in Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province with a capacity of 1,320 MW and investment capital of USD2.58 billion• Advising Scotts Capital Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary Raffles Medical Group Ltd., one of the leading private healthcare providers in Asia, as a transactional counsel on a strategic partnership agreement with My My Trading - Services Company to acquire a majority interest in American International Hospital (AIH), and enter into a management service agreement to manage AIH’s operations.
