I am passionate about strategic issues in organisations, and most specifically in the field of football. In my board year at my study association EBF (5000 members) I was highly involved in writing and executing policy and tackling strategic issues. That year proved to me that this is the thing I love, to take a birds-eye view on matters and resolve them to the best of my abilities, without forgetting taking into account the wishes of both employer as well as employees. I want to take my skills in this to the next level, and are thus very motivated to work in organisations that can give me the opportunity to work on certain matters.
