Additionally, I chair the Business Loan Committee as well as assist with rates and pricing strategies.I have expertise in SBA loan programs, including SBA 7(a) and PPP, as well as CRE, C&I, Participation, and Construction loans. Furthermore, I am heavily involved in compliance, including HMDA and 5300 Call Reports.With an established track record in the organization, I have acquired significant experience and expertise, including tenure in the Loss Prevention department as an Officer. There I developed strong skills in mortgage loss mitigation and bankruptcy proceedings. I successfully managed forbearance and repayment plans, collaborated with legal counsel and collection agencies, and facilitated collateral inspections and liquidations. As SI's scout for FC Nordsjælland, I identified talented players during the club's maiden championship season in 2011-2012 and beyond. In addition, I had the distinction of being the sole international scout entrusted with the responsibility of scouting a Danish team for SI. Alongside my scouting responsibilities, I excelled in my role, conducting research, revamping data, and testing various platforms for the Football Manager series. My attention to detail, ability to manage strict deadlines, and dedication to quality assurance contributed to the franchise's ongoing success.My combined experiences researching at SI and as a scout of FC Nordsjælland have enriched my understanding of management, analysis, and research.
