Fabrication Manager, which includes managing two shifts, that include 5 supervisors and a staffing count of about 70 direct employees. This includes Punches and Laser (5 punches with two towers and Laser with tower loader), Brakes (10 brakes, including three robotic arms), Weld (one robotic welder, 2 tigs and four spot welders) and Powder Coating. Duties.

Production Supervisor, which included managing two shifts in the Punch, Laser, Shake and Deburr area (3 Amada Turrets, 1 Finn Power Turret, 2 Amada EMLK’s with 7 tower loaders and 3 Mazak lasers with automation). Duties also included daily progress meeting, daily gemba walks, weekly progress reports and assuring that all areas are maintaining their daily.

Plant Supervisor, which includes fabrication, weld, paint and assembly, a total of about 90 employees. Manage all hiring and firing, assist in training programs as needed, execute orders daily to maintain a 99% OTD, work close and maintain a strong relationship with all support groups, and manage all new product development as needed.

2nd shift Supervisor over soft tooling (8 turrets & 14 brakes) and light assembly. Managed approximately 45 people while overseeing job flow, productivity, on time delivery, and daily efficiency. Carrier Corporation bought out Sanmina in December 2005.
