My responsibilities include: -Identifying and recruiting experts that meet our client's specifications -Qualifying experts and preparing them for consultations -Keeping up to date with current events in the financial markets -Identifying industry trends -Establishing new relationships with industry professionals and building upon existing ones.

Officiating around 4 games a week for all sports that the YMCA had to offer such as soccer, flag football, basketball, and t-ball. My responsibilities included making sure the field/court was prepared and safe for use, knowing the rules and being able to call the game, answering questions that parents and coaches may have, and also helping to ensure the safety of the 4,000 program participants. As well as officiating games, I helped run other programs the Sports Department of the YMCA offered such as Kiddie Kickers and Little Dribblers. This is where I taught toddlers how to play soccer and basketball while also teaching them etiquette. I also acted as a site supervisor where I oversaw practices and games, while also providing great customer service to participants and parents who had questions.

During summer of 2020 I led groups of 10-20 children, ages 10-14, in summer camp activities while also supervising 100 plus participants attending the camp. Helped enhance academic and social skills by leading through example. Taught important life values of teamwork, caring, responsibility, respect, and faith. In 2019, supervised and coached 10-30 children, ages 5-12, per week during the summer to promote sports skills and healthy lifestyles

Utilized leadership and interpersonal skills to help guide and mentor incoming freshmen and transfer-students through their first year in Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. In two M100 classes per year, I helped teach students in my group of around 10 students about diversity and identity to hopefully help them learn more about themselves and be successful in the Poole College of Management. I also provided advice to students about classes, other organizations, and whatever else they needed. In November 2020, I was selected by the club advisors to be on Recruitment where I served as an Onboarding Chair to instruct and train newly selected Peer Leaders. In March 2021, I was selected by club advisors to be the Director of Training and Development for the organization. As Director of Training and Development, I organized development sessions and set up several guest speaker events.
