Project Site Lead for the Upgrade of the West End Brewery. The West End Brewery has not had any significant upgrade for almost 15 years. The Work Packages of the Hyde Park Project I managed fully automated the Fermentation and Maturation Processes, introduced Cross Flow Beer Filtration system into a purpose built Filtration Room and delivered a Bulk Chemical Handling facility to support the Breweries needs both now and into the future. This work occurred with little disruption to the production schedules at the Brewery over an 18 month period.Working in an environment where the site has existed as a Brewery for over 100 years with its many alterations has been a rewarding challenge to meet but the success of the Project in the early commissioning process will lay the foundations for the West End site to take its place a a key component in the Lion Supply Chain. My part in making this happen is an immense source of personal satisfaction.

Manufacturing Lead, working as part of a Cross Functional team empowered to develop and implement both the VE Utility and Sportwagon programs.AchievementsWorked in the advanced program development stage of the above vehicle programs, to determine the product demanded by customers. Feedback from existing customers supplemented by analysis of market trends were used to develop program core requirements that could be effectively delivered within the existing time and manpower constraints. Structural costs were reduced as compared to models that were being superseded as a direct result of vehicle design.Development of a Project Implementation Plans that encompassed the requirements for updates/revisions to the Elizabeth Assembly. Successfully implemented the VE Ute program into production whilst meeting or exceeding all targets. Handed over Sportwagon program during final implementation phase with no major issues being raised.During the Implementation phase, responsible for communicating the program requirements to the various departments involved to ensure required departmental alignment was achieved and milestones were clear. Utilising a combination of formal and informal communication able to maintain appropriate priority on programs with no significant modification to timing plan.Budget requirements were met by close monitoring of spending and continual value engineering in order to indentify cost savings and process improvements.; Implemented the VE Ute program meeting or exceeding all Program targets with a significant reduction in operator sprains and strains as compared to previous model.
