- Develop and maintain a range of technical information including engineering drawings, supplier drawings, specifications, government and industrial standards related to the rail industry, manuals, catalogs and engineering instructions.- Provide expertise on establishing maintenance programs in accordance to manufacturer’s requirements and government regulations - Provide engineering drawings and instructions to support Rail Equipment Development procurement, overhaul and retrofit/modification programs.- Develop engineering projects and instructions related to modifications, tests, trials and prototypes while managing supplier teams.- Implementing the RCM based preventive maintenance program, including the development of new maintenance procedures, and identifying other requirements for implementation of the program.- Continuously monitoring the maintenance program for effectiveness, updating and developing KPI’s and assisting with failure analysis with a view to improving the maintenance program.

• Responsible for teaching various CAD packages such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CATIA V5. • Travel across the border for the purpose of assisting companies in employee training and design projects. Received many security clearances from large companies such as Lockheed Martin and Toyota for the purpose of conducting CAD training and support.• Demonstrate to potential customers CAD-related products• Create additional course materials for use in classes and web-based training• Conduct live online CAD training• Participate in seminars and Sales meetings• Assist the sales group in advertising courses and software• Support IT personnel with troubleshooting software, selecting correct CAD hardware configurations and settings.
