I was responsible for architecting the first webapp experience building a scalable Front End on top of the first versions of the company and maintaining and evolving the browser experience according to the company findings. As a Live Coding Instructor I went online with Nanodegree students to code something cool to improve their knowledge in the React ecosystem thinking in scalability and problems they might find day by day as software engineers. I had the chance to develop every class, in different levels, focusing on the students levels at the course.The develop classes were:- A to-do list with understanding of high componentization;- Webpack configuration;- Understanding and creating your own Redux like library;- Wrapping conditionals into components.

Responsible for leading the architecture and development of new Evino's web store alongside the technology team and to find to right people to work directly in this new project. The website stack was built using NodeJS, React and Redux, in an isomorphic architecture to provide great user experience in terms of content and performance, with a Single Page Application and full power of SEO.The architectural part of the problem consisted in 2 months of researching and building some necessary tools to solve the problem. Evino wanted to innovate and it required from us to create technology in house. A third part company of SEO was involved to make sure all the results were being as they expected and the results were successful in the first tests.The development was consisted in making it fast and with high quality. The team bought the idea of applying a one hundred years Toyota methodology that still is used as base for bunch of other modern methodologies. We could achieve a 90% faster deliveries with a reduction of 80% in reported bugs based on this methodology quality and assertiveness.
