Merchandise management of multi-location snow, water, bicycle, outdoor and team sports store chain; focused on the apparel, accessories, and footwear categories at 5+ stores around the Northern CA / NV Region (Carson City, Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Stateline, Roseville). Responsible for sourcing and assorting all stores and assisting with loading products to e-commerce site with adventure family brands and styles of apparel, swimwear, accessories, and footwear that offer Blue Zone customers the fashion, function, and value they desire and need for their sports. Plan and maintain successful profit margin, turns, and sell through. Also manage all balanced stock rotation, markdown cadence, and seasonal sale reporting.

Assist Trudy Matthews in representing the Lakeshirts brand in territory - servicing current and sourcing new accounts; attend trade shows, calling on current and potential new accounts to produce growth in region, attend sales conferences.

Manage operations, events, staff, training, maintenance, and private membership at the community recreation Club and Spa. Assist in budget, policy, safety, and other decision making to ensure a consistent service standard for members, guests, and employees. Contribute to a successful operation and relationship building with stakeholders, such as Kirkwood Resort, Public Utilities District, Alpine County, the KCA Board of Directors and Members, and the community as a whole.

Kirkwood Mountain Resort was acquired by Vail Resorts in April of 2012. My position was in the Vail Resorts Retail Division as Kirkwood's Area Manager, overseeing all retail and rental operations at Kirkwood. I played a key role in transitioning our retail teams into Vail Resorts and the Team Tahoe regional family of Heavenly and Northstar sister resorts and stores, developing the company culture and relationships. I also served on the Kirkwood Resort Senior Leadership Team.

Work with Kirkwood community, season pass holders and other target groups to encourage better patronage in resort retail shops.
