About Martin Martinez

I am an experienced Marine Corps officer and aviator with multiple operational deployments preparing to transition to the reserves and seeking civilian employment. I have flown in many environments supporting combat transport missions, and led units of over 200 people and have also led a team of 4 to support a 220+ person organization. My experience ranges from individual contributor to manager and director. I have over 800 hours of flight time across multiple aircraft and categories but also have a vast amount of experience in leadership, logistics, operations, planning, and integration. Prior to joining the Marines, I was a supplier quality engineer with Lockheed Martin responsible for supporting multiple programs by conducting root cause investigations and driving suppliers to implement corrective and preventative actions.
