Since April 2017, in the UK, I have written and published three books and I have created three solo exhibitions.This part of my profession goes hand-in-hand with psychotherapy and intuitive work.

My position as Office Manager included filing, logging, paying invoices, invoicing customers, keeping track of payments, use of Sage, VAT & End of Year, HR including PAYE/P35/P11/P60, management of supplies, pricing stock, IT and social network services. The position held meant also full access to all security and sensitive data incl. online banking and management of cash. Besides, my location in the chandlery shop included sale and customer care.

The Account Dep. (and the whole office) managed the Restaurants, provided all the services needed: booking, employment, HR, payroll, Intrastat, logging, filing and paying invoices, management of suppliers, design and printing, management of events. The position held was mainly PA with full credential (full access to all security and sensitive data - online banking, management of daily, weekly and yearly money, safe, etc.). Besides all office duties (accounting, logging and filing, use of SAGE, just to mention some), responsible for the HR of the Company, as HR Manageress. The Office organized the weekly wages (finalized by the Chartered Accountants Office), kept track of holidays, organized and supervised requests of NIN, explained contractual matters and dealt with any other request from the employees (residence, Consulate, booking flights, managing the houses rented for them by the Company including expenses, etc.). The position also required to look for new staff members in Italy, to contact them, screening of CV's, organizing interviews, etc. Being Company Secretary and Mr. B. PA, duties included official letter writing (IB:mt and MT:mt) and Customer Care.

Above all, for ONE Srl planning and realization of events / courses for OneAcademy (marketing and communication dept); planning of Marketing Concepts; writing of texts for website, brochures and all power-point presentations for ONE Srl and OneAcademy; courses planned and structured: Brand: Femminile singolare; Lovemarks, sense and sustainability; Eco-bio-org-sosten-nat: e poi?
