The Instructional Designer Consumer Experience (CX) Delivery is responsible for the design, development, and delivery methods for learning tools and educational content in support of consumer initiative activations with markets. This encompasses new major initiative training being deployed by consumer experience delivery, as well as the maintenance and evolution of learning modules and methods focused on the experience of care standard practices in specific patientsettings.•Assists in the development of educational goals for a given project, working closely with consumer experience delivery leadership.•Partners with subject matter experts to design and develop training solutions that meet the needs and goals of markets for successful deployment of consumer experience initiatives and experience of care standard work.• Creates personally engaging learning experiences that integrate instructor-led, experiential, simulation, and digital learning.• Drives an outcome-based approach to learning activities; seeks methods to measure and communicate training success based on desired outcomes and performance improvement.• Provides timely and accurate reports to management of training and development progress and completion.• Takes assignments successfully from concept to implementation.• Ensures that all training product meets established guidelines for consumer experience delivery deployment learning, and AdventHealth level dynamic learning community governance requirements as they evolve. • Partners and collaborates closely with learning experts in Human Resources and training teams in other areas, such as Physician Enterprise.• Participates and/or leads training the trainer or direct training efforts in our markets, as needed. • Working closely with the activation team, contributing content and design expertise to the market-facing consumer experience delivery SharePoint site.
