• Lead Business Continuity strategy for LAM Region.• Implementation of Business Continuity strategy in compliant with corporate policy, group standards, local regulation and international best practices. • Development and implementation of BCM road map and maturity model. • Definition, development and implementation of recovery strategies and business continuity plans considering country risk assessment and business needs. • Ensure functional BC Plans to run the Bank in case of contingency through the testing for recovery of sites, operation and services in the shortest time and with the least impact. • Country risk assessments for LAM Countries to ensure business continuity activities have a suitable risk analysis. • Development and implementation of BCM LAM policies, procedures and templates to ensure an efficient and standardized program within all areas in LAM.• MI & Reporting to ensure updated, trustable and sustainable information to support Senior Management decisions making (KRI, Maturity Model, Risk Heat Map, Top Risk, Risk and Control Assessment). • Financial planning for business continuity and crisis management activities. • Lead and coordination of Mexico Crisis Management Committee (Expertise by managing more than 20 real contingencies).• Lead and coordination of business continuity and crisis management projects (global workshops, massive testing, policies, procedures, new trends) • Lead and coordination of business continuity awareness and training program. • Participation in BCM local and international forums (best practices, sharing knowledge, negotiations and agreements).• Lead and coordination of audits and local regulatory requirements. • Third parties BCM assessment and management.
