I started my journey as a Property manager in Puerto Rico and Florida nearly 14 years ago. My dream to own a property management company came true when I incorporated North Florida Property Solutions (NFPS) in 2019, largely focusing on Jacksonville and surrounding market regions. With the ascension of our first client in 2019, I witnessed the beginning of an exciting journey and my dream started to turn in to reality.With relentless efforts and earnest service provided to our first client, the word of mouth spread quickly and before I could realize, we are already a thriving team with a common goal of client service excellence providing world-class property management solutions. We collaborated with people who share this vision. We have now expanded our services outside North Florida. Hence the name change from NFPS to Optivo; a name that reflects our business motive beyond regions.
