Responsible for managing approximately 15+ merchant accounts while simultaneously prospecting and enrolling new business for a preferred payment processing company. Provide pre- and post-sales support for POS systems via in person and on-call support.• Lead workflow analysis, business solutions, and customized products recommendations for clients• Monitor and test systems to ensure software functions in compliance with company specifications and adhere to performance standards• Maintain a detailed database of prospects and current clients allowing for an organized and strategic way of facilitating up-to-date business statuses• Successfully initiate, develop and implement creative marketing strategies (social media, experiential and referral) which increase overall revenue
