Under my guidance, the organization evolved to meet the company's strategic goals, enhancing collaboration between engineering, design, and product management- Spearheaded the establishment of Tatango's Business Intelligence (BI) practices, transforming our data and reporting capabilities. Leveraging tools like Lightdash and Prefect, we built a robust data ecosystem that empowers strategic decision making and enhances transparency throughout our organization. - Led a full-scale redesign of Tatango’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), introducing agile methodologies and best practices to accelerate development, improve quality assurance, and enhance deployment efficiency. This effort led to a 100X increase in quarterly deployments/releases.- Successfully implemented SOC-2/HIPAA compliance, including creating secure policies, ensuring system and data integrity, and launching Tatango’s Trust Center to provide secure access to SOC-2 and penetration test reports.- Architected a scalable SMS/MMS infrastructure in collaboration, optimizing message routing and reducing costs through strategic carrier partnerships and passthrough fee management.- Efficiently oversee and allocate Tatango’s technology budget, balancing investment in innovation with operational cost control, particularly within SMS/MMS infrastructure and compliance initiatives.
