Martin's roles have included executive and general management positions in operations, crisis management, investment banking, and business development. He has managed P&L’s of over US$500 million in sales across multinational operations in Europe and China. Martin brings broad business-to-business proficiency to his assignments, as well as in depth practical experience in private equity, diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and post-close integrations.Martin’s educational background includes a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University, a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering also from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.Martin has four children and lives on the New Hampshire Seacoast just north of greater Boston. His wife, Suzanne, spent seven years as an elementary school teacher in the New Hampshire public school system.
