Based in Milan, and reporting to the European Financial Director: Identify margin targets for each EMEA subsidiary and product line. Co-ordinate launch of new season in order to verify forecast of volumes, sales and margin results and finally approve market prices and production costs. Roll out of final standards costs and intercompany prices for EMEA Coordinate development of reporting tools to monitor sales campaign and margin results.

Based in France and reporting to local General Manager and the Southern European Controller: Preparing margin analysis and additional financial reports for local management, and populating monthly reporting for European headquarters. Develop new S&OP process to better integrate sales forecast with Operational activities. Financial support to Marketing (new product launch, new pricing…) and Commercial projects (promotions, new customer implementations…). Forecasting weekly, monthly and annual results and its communication on the Southern European reviews. Directly responsible along with local GM for committed results. Co-ordinating budgeting process of France and Benelux across all areas.

Reporting to Strategic Planning Director: Preparing 5-year Financial and Operational Planning of the Unión Fenosa Group and developing the business plan of each division in order to meet the overall targets. Analysing planning data in order to perform risk analysis.  Designing the business and financial model of each division and coordinating the project to implement it on the new planning tool (Frango Advisor).

Reporting to the Director of International Operations: Analysing and monitoring performance of South American and Western Europe subsidiaries. Preparing monthly financial management reports and in-depth explanations to be used inside the Division and Corporate Head Offices Co-ordinating strategic planning, budgeting and reporting process of subsidiaries.  Implementing IT tools required for the executive reporting for the Division and Corporate Head Offices
