About Michael Tranmer
I am a Senior Coastal Engineer and Project Manager with over 17 years of experience, specializing in the planning, inspection, design, and implementation of port, urban waterfront, marina infrastructure, dredging, remediation, and ecological restoration projects. My experience includes resident engineering, construction monitoring and project management of multidisciplinary teams for urban waterfront projects and sediment remediation projects. Outside of engineering, I am an author, TEDx speaker, and former podcast host. To grow my public speaking skills, I have participated in numerous advanced speaker, actor and voice training programs.
