Drove the business from a start-up to $1.3 million in revenue in the first year. Responsible for Negotiating and acquiring disaster response contracts. Led acquisition, restructuring, and rebranding efforts. Oversaw rebranding which included logo redesign, upgraded website with new graphics and online ordering platform, redesigned brochures, updated marketing materials and vehicle wraps with high quality graphics. Restructured the signature steak and seafood packages with a focus on driving repeat customers. Reduced payroll costs by streamlining Halo administration and operations processes. Directed a route analysis program that restructured delivery routes, cutting down delivery time and eliminated seven delivery routes company wide. Utilized route analysis data to renegotiate our contract rates for a 15% increase in revenue. Through these efforts I was able to increase profits by approximately 35% in five years.
