Mengting is an Organizational Design Director at IDEO, where she helps organizations seed and scale innovation and creativity capabilities by designing the right purpose, culture, structure, talent models, and incentives. She brings deep research capabilities, which surface insights across the business/organization/system, to inform design – while serving as an organizational therapist, leadership coach, and trusted advisor to her clients. Most recently, Mengting co-found the Asian*ish ERG at IDEO and led the company's Future Ways of Working efforts. Currently, Mengting is looking for consulting and coaching opportunities to bring an equity-centered lens to organizational and systems design. Disrupting inequitable systems and dismantling white supremacy gets her out of bed in the morning. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and focuses on healing-centered coaching for BIPOC clients and communities. In her free time, Mengting can be found building community through organizing, nerding out over some Bersin articles and global talent trends, or simply people watching. She is a passionate advocate for equity in public education, healing spaces, and voting rights/access. Her past career paths include child development and hospitality.
