I work with the partners on initial concept design and requirements development, and then build a plan to develop and test new features or upgrade features of existing games. I am responsible for a team of IA and IT personnel supporting Enterprise level engineering and cyber services. LP3 is a Security and Systems Engineering company with contracts supporting the Intelligence Community, DoD and commercial sector. My role within LP3 is to support direct government contracts and help grow business in current and new market areas. I was the Lead Security Engineer across several development programs supporting the Intelligence Community. I was responsible for ensuring security controls are built into systems that support critical National Security missions. I ensured that resources allocated by the PM are utilized within budget and tasks are completed to meet program milestones. For LP3 I led East Coast business development efforts and work directly with corporate executives on the development and engineering of new solutions and corporate offerings. I supported proposal development efforts, to include cost and personnel resourcing, and drafted white papers for research and development efforts. ManTech is a large Defense and Intelligence contractor who provides Cyber Security services, IT Integration and Support services, and advanced System Engineering and Development services. My role while at ManTech was to provide network administration on a small customer program. I was later promoted to lead the management and overhaul of my Division’s classified IT and Security infrastructure. I worked with corporate leadership on the upgrade of critical system engineering and support networks. I implemented new security policies for new and legacy environments and ensured that these systems met DISA STIG hardening requirements and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) security policies and directives. I was responsible for monitoring for and responding to security threats and incidents on Division systems. I ensured systems met customer C&A requirements under DCID 6/3. I was the Project Manager and Team Lead responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a new collaboration capability for a current customer and was selected as the PM for R&D efforts that were designed to integrate corporate capabilities into new target business areas.
