In 2001, I started this company because as a renter, I realized that the quality of one's living experience was often determined by the quality of one's landlord. And while a prospective tenant can view an apartment before signing a lease, they have no information about the landlord. LandlordReview.com was started so that tenants could share information on the good, bad, and ugly of landlords BEFORE committing to a lease.I developed a website which allowed tenants to publish their experiences and the website was moderately successful, collecting hundreds of reviews over its operation. The company and website were closed in 2006.
