As a Maintenance Tech II at Elite Line Services (ELS), I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in network troubleshooting, field service engineering, and customer support to ensure the optimal performance and security of transportation screening technology. I have been working in this field for nearly 10 years, after serving as an RF/electronics tech in the U.S. Marine Corps for 3 years.In my position as Junior Support Engineer at Gatekeeper Intelligent Security, I leveraged my experience in electronics and field install & commissioning to support U.S. Customs & Border patrol in implementing a state-of-the-art X-ray screening system to streamline traffic at land ports on the southern border. I also provided valuable support to Gatekeeper customers in troubleshooting and repairing their equipment, and assisted the R&D team in testing and implementing the latest technologies as they were developed. During these projects, I gained valuable experience and knowledge in managing customer expectations and performing testing & commissioning duties in field conditions.I am currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology at ECPI University, and I hold a certificate in ITSA from MyComputerCareer and a MTA: Security Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. I am passionate about protecting the safety and security of the public and the environment, and I strive to deliver high-quality service and solutions with ELS.
