From providing indicative reports to fully detailed drawing packs, we are able to complete over 50 projects annually with a relatively small team. Implementation of new project management platform allowed us to surpass our 2020 performance targets by ~50% and we look to streamline our internal processes even more to enable even better output numbers moving forward.Adding above exposure to different parts of the business and construction market overall, combined with my role as R&D Manager, I have a very unique and broad understanding of many challenges and opportunities which my company is exposed to.
