As a result of her commitment to client service excellence, Ms. Truong is the recipient of the KPMG Chairman's Award (2013) and KPMG Encore – Standing Ovation award winner for 2011 to 2023.Ms. Truong helped save over $1.2 billion in the identification of improper payments at DFAS. She also led the implementation of WAWF, the DoD invoicing system, across the Navy where she provided program management support through identifying business objectives, measureable statistics, resource requirements, return on investment (ROI), and DoD Directives to support the mission of meeting 100% deployment status at the Navy. Ms. Truong was the recipient of the “UCS Employee Spot Award” for saving the Navy millions in late interest penalty associated with invoicing.Ms. Truong also supported the commercial practice through Executive Biz, a premier executive networking and events management Firm. As the Technology Showcase Manager, Ms. Truong worked on the Web 2.0 research project that helped produce the East Coast's largest conference.
