• Carried out detailed stress analysis (FEA), fluid dynamics (CFD), and Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments of complex power generation assets for clients throughout New Zealand and Australia. These assessments were carried out using ANSYS and in accordance with the requirements of ASME VIII and API 579-1.• Design and delivery of hydro generation components. This involves managing the engineering design process from initial concept through to supporting manufacture and on-site installation.• Preparation of engineering design drawings and technical analysis reports for clients.
