In this role with the Sensor Fusion organization, I spearheaded software development initiatives supporting critical programs such as the F-35 and various ADP (Skunkworks) endeavors. Leading the charge across the Software Development Lifecycle, I adeptly navigated through planning, development, and deployment stages, ensuring seamless delivery. As the product owner for a simulation integration tool, I orchestrated collaboration with stakeholders to curate a comprehensive product backlog, aligning features with precise requirements. This strategic approach not only streamlined development but also resulted in a robust and user-centric solution.One of my notable achievements was the creation of a modern state estimation library, which revolutionized our technical capabilities. Leveraging Docker containers with the Red Hat Linux base image with CUDA, I architected a versatile solution that optimized both our CI/CD pipeline and local development environments. This initiative not only fostered consistency within the team but also significantly expedited the development process, leading to faster iterations and improved productivity. In addition, my technical prowess was showcased in the development of a library for linear algebra, employing cutting-edge techniques such as template meta-programming in modern C++. This innovation facilitated seamless integration across multiple programs, transcending requirement limitations and enhancing overall efficiency.Moreover, I spearheaded the transformation of our fusion system into a scalable microservice architecture, overcoming challenges such as circular dependencies through the integration of vcpkg and adherence to clean code principles. This effort earned future funding but also laid the foundation for enhanced flexibility and scalability across different lines of business.Throughout these endeavors, I honed my leadership and planning skills, navigating complex challenges with resilience and driving tangible results.

Intern for 3 summers totaling to 1 1/2 years with the Flight Controls Hardware Team for the IFG (Integrated Fighter Group) that supported the F-16 and F-22 programs with their flight control computer. In this role I assisted in many different areas of the product lifecycle, but my main areas were focused on integration, verification, and simulation. My main duties were:* Running many different flight scenarios (advanced maneuvers, crash avoidance, and different warframes) using a flight simulation to acquire test data for the multiple configurations (~10) that are present for the jets* Analyze the previous test data (around 5 for each different processing signal) to locate faults in the system and identify if the error was hardware or software related * Worked with the various hardware and software teams to find solutions to any identified faults and implement fixes This role taught me the importance of the collaboration between different teams to find solutions to issues, how to approach issues where very little preliminary information is present, and how meticulously approach different test cases to find the different edge cases that could present themselves to a system.
