Specializing in design strategy, customer experience, and product-service innovation, Todd combines humanity-centered design with evidence-based management to effectuate equitable change in service of sustainable futures. Raised overseas, with a background in the humanities, his interest in people and their stories enables him to navigate cross-functional environments and reconcile diverse points of view in service of tangible, collaborative outcomes.His experience spans numerous strategic functions (advertising, marketing, operations, logistics, e-commerce, digital, growth, UX/CX, brand, product, etc.) across multiple sectors (fashion, design, manufacturing, technology, retail, and healthcare). Over the course of his professional career, Todd has worked for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including: Sid & Ann Mashburn, Knoll, BDDW, Herman Miller (Design Within Reach), Kalderos, and Kaiser Permanente (TPMG).He's given talks at Ernst & Young, The Institute of Design, Kaiser Permanente, and Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.
