Coaching team to provide superior customer experiences while keeping in line with the overarching Luxottica brand-story. Captain of regional OneSight Foundation, a global sight-based charity with local and international giving events year-round.

Hired as a Barista, was moved almost immediately into a supervisory role, and consistently moved upwards during tenure. As Asst. Manager, was instrumental in the development and initial merchandising of the Borders 'concept store' at Park Meadows, while also being selected for special assignment to other locations to correct their processes and merchandising mixes. Assisting the store designer in the layout and merchandising of all the items sold in the store. This is done seasonally, and varies with the blueprint of the store. As a Store Promotions Coordinator was a 'grass routes' marketer, promoting the store through obgyn offices, coordinating corporate sales, and organizing events with external vendors to drive parents to the store through 'baby fests'. Planned grand opening events, mother's day events, store tours, in-store seminars.
