CurrentTechnical support for AcuCOBOL-GT extend, Visual COBOL, Enterprise Developer and Enterprise Server on Windows and Linux/UNIX. Managing 300+ cases a year to a successful resolution. including critical production down issues for Enterprise customers.150+ defects investigated, reported, tested and fixes deployed in an efficient and timely manner.Knowledge article creation for common customer issues and software setup/installation tasks. Development of a Chrome Extension for Salesforce to automate common tasks, improve efficiency and reduce user error. Setup of cloud and local virtual machines using Ansible (IaC). Development of a Git repository containing useful setup scripts and installation guides for various products like Docker. Collecting diagnostics and information to be able to identify and solve customer issues.Utilising Docker to build and manage containers for temporary databases like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 LUW and more, to speed up creation of customer environments for testing.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible to automate VM deployment in the cloud (AWS).
