- Initiated, structured, and led the development of “Partnership Development” department, responsible for coordinating and liaising between Friendship’s program staff and the partners (including donors, strategic partners, and Friendship International network).- Coordinated the process of developing guidelines and process documents for Friendship’s highly replicable community health workers, satellite clinics, and floating hospitals. - Led negotiation and development of a large healthcare project with the Islamic Development Bank (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia), comprising 5 floating hospitals and 5 road based mobile medical units.- Initiated and sustained partnership with some critical private and NGO donors and partners, including Vitol Foundation, Guernsey Overseas Aid, and GSK (the UK), Grand Challenges Canada (Canada), Sanofi Espoir Foundation (France), ASML foundation and Retourschip foundation (the Netherlands), and KPMG (Luxembourg). - Developed rapid partnership for mobilizing funding, other resources, and skills immediately after the Rohingya influx in 2017 by initiating strategic partnership with key stakeholders, enabling Friendship to initiate, operate, and sustain a network of health facilities, creating access to quality healthcare for more than 150,000 people.
