Led the successful 2018-2019 North American Region Order-to-Cash (OTC) integration of $9B acquisition.Collaborated with US and global teams to maintain SAP master data, facilitating the flow of materials through North American Operations. Developed and implemented continuous improvement projects fostering a customer focused, service-oriented relationship among partners. Documented and tested new OTC regional processes and standard operating procedures, conducting training with pertinent business groups.

Represented BASF as the primary point of contact for Professional & Specialty Solutions Marketing & Business Development customers throughout the order fulfillment process. Resolved difficult and sometimes conflicting issues while ensuring order, shipment, and invoice accuracy. Removed any obstacles between customers’ requirements and BASF’s ability to satisfy them.

Collaborated with Label Coordinators and Product Registration Managers to produce clear, concise product labeling that met BASF's quality standards by maintaining a consistent, logical format for our grower customers while adhering to EPA guidelines. Supported the State Registrations Team on new registration and label submission activities by generating and/or assembling documents and labels that served the development, registration, and marketing of BASF products. Managed all indexing approvals of queued label data sheets from label vendors Agrian and CDMS, correcting any mistakes, non-conformances, or oversights to avoid distributor, grower, and pest control advisor confusion.

Coordinated and conducted all on-site research for potential new temporary exhibits and living history programs. Edited the Duke Homestead Education and History Corporation biannual newsletter, Gold Leaf, reviewing for grammar, punctuation, and style. Maintained the Duke Homestead State Historic Site Facebook page. Authored “Facebooking the Music: Using Social Media to Engage Audiences,” Federation Bulletin, March 2011. Accepted into the NC Department of Cultural Resources’ three-year Leadership Development Program.

Researched and presented lectures accompanying historical reenactments of mail delivery, training drills, and firing demonstrations. Supervised volunteer and part-time staff tourscripts, editing for substantive accuracy. Wrote and received a 2010 NC Humanities Council Road Scholars Grant for The Durham Civil War Round Table and a 2009–2010Civil War Tourism Council Grant for Bennett Place State Historic Site.

Created a Duke Homestead-specific lesson plan for NC Historic Sites’ sesquicentennial CivilWar commemoration. Wrote press releases promoting the "Christmas Traditions" and "Christmas by Candlelight" special events. Established the Duke Homestead State Historic Site Facebook page.

Edited over 150 short scholarly biographies of historic NC architects and builders, reviewing for grammar, punctuation, style, and diction. Advised project leads regarding emerging stylistic issues arising from multiple authors’ divergent use of key terms.

Mastered Re:discovery Proficio collections database software while cataloging over 1,500 artifacts. Researched and recorded current market value of more than 1,000 different items. Evaluated and described artifact condition, recommending restoration or deaccession if necessary. Scanned or photographed objects in order to facilitate research and access. Updated existing records to include scans or photographs.

Designed brochures promoting project initiatives; received praise from partner institutions for clarifying complex information regarding Institute of Museum and Library Services grant program rules and regulations. Maintained an MS Access database of approximately 1,000 cultural institutions throughout the state. Coordinated, facilitated, and presented numerous continuing education and digitization workshops.

Managed the park’s collections records via PastPerfect collections database software. Prepared a short program detailing museum accession and conservation practices. Assisted with “Afternoon Tea” and “Halloween Festival” special event preparations.

Facilitated the operations of an eight-member team via MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Ensured multifaceted architectural projects would proceed on-time and under-budget by acting as client liaison. Organized the division’s current and archived files in both physical and digital form.

Accounted for over $20,000 worth of inventory discrepancies during fiscal year 2004. Chosen to lead staff training sessions on product knowledge and sales technique.
