In order to achieve this, our team develops and uses optimization tools, advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms and big data solutions. Leading a team of supply chain analysts and interns I managed demand for all SKUs and drove the supply plan to keep units in stock, while avoiding excess inventory. I regularly worked with domestic and international marketing teams to forecast demand for new product introductions, seasonal promotions and targeted specials. Working with a team of demand planners, supply planners and purchasers our number one goal was to reduce inventory levels and improve service level. I managed monthly allocation of 1,300+ SKUs to 14 domestic and international warehouses. Utilizing JDE I managed all SKU setup for new launch items, promotions and seasonal items. Lead a team (15) focused on maintaining and improving standard operating procedures. I helped develop new methods to collect data within manufacturing to improve productivity and efficiency. This data was also used to identify machine downtime. New processes were created to limit this downtime.
