- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line whilefollowing predetermined Quality and Safety standards.- Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines andsolving any rising attendance issues.- Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysisaccordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to producehigh quality products.- Design and develop new systems, processes, and equipment to ensuremanufacturing is efficient and effective.- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.- Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according tostandards and requirements.- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.- Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation ofmaintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets.- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations forimprovements.- Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules.- Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to theproduction plan.
