As a Learning and Development Manager for Classera, a leading ed-tech company in the MENA region, I am responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective learning solutions that enhance the performance and productivity of our functional teams across multiple channels and locations. I have over 8 years of experience in the L&D and Training fields and hold certifications as a Train the Trainer by Huawei Technologies, an Instructional Designer by LinkedIn, and a diploma in the Psychology of Organisations accredited by Austin Peay State University.I have a passion for creating and facilitating training sessions and programs on various topics, such as sales, customer service, project management, leadership and management, and entrepreneurship, using a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate adult learning theories and styles.
