I took on the task of re-implementing a significant portion of our product portfolio. This included Domestic and International Payments, Payments to Government (Customs Duties and Local Taxes), Treasury Solutions (Sweep and Cash Pooling). Additionally, I engaged with mobile wallets and various service providers. - High Points: Not only did we successfully implement the solution envisioned during my hiring process, but I also contributed to enhancing processes for tax payments and implemented sophisticated treasury management practices. I actively participated in the payment landscape changes (such adoption of Swift ISO 20022 for Domestic Payments and Check Clearing, CBPR+, SADC RTGS & SIMORede change to EURONET).

After having developed and deployment a fully connected workflow system that impacted various aspects of our operations (including suggesting changes in the department structure). The bank's managements realized how transformative initiative was, thus the importance to perform a meticulous implementation strategy and clear change enablement across the organization. Following are the key achievements of this endeavor. - Massifying System Utilization: Entrusted by the operations department, I focused on massifying system utilization across the entire country. Leveraging my previous experience as a Lecturer, I meticulously prepared training materials for all roles within the system. These materials covered every stage of the payment process. - Learning & Development Collaboration: My training materials received approval from internal Learning & Development Experts. Together, we strategically planned and executed a comprehensive training program. This opportunity allowed me to engage with diverse individuals, experience our rich culture, and savor local cuisine. - Data-Driven Improvements: Through our work, we collected valuable data. This data informed continuous improvements to the workflow over time. We evolved the system to an orchestrator, enabling all team members to work seamlessly from a single platform. Gone were the days of fragmented and monolithic applications.I take immense pride in what we've achieved. Our system has become one of the most widely used tools across the entire bank, driving operational excellence and empowering our teams.

My experience at the BSA Academy was exceptional. As a senior instructor, I worked with a group designated by Standard Bank for data training. The Bank's goal was to build internal capability within the business areas, equipping them with skills to manipulate data using SQL and create informative dashboards. These dashboards would streamline internal decision-making processes. Through this experience, I gained insights into corporate needs, reinforcing the critical role of data in organizations.

I played a pivotal role in the development of document generation platform which was seamlessly integrated with their SPEE Platform - System that used by multiple Business Schools to facilitate practical simulation lectures.
