A Chevening Alumnus holding master’s degrees: an MSc in Energy and Sustainability (Building) from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Engineer Management from the University of Tripoli, with a solid background in Engineering, construction and consulting gained through a BSc and working in that field for years.Additionally, through working as a Country Manager, Operation Manager and Project Manager, I have obtained many transferable skills, the most important of which are leadership and time organisational skills. I am Skilled in using modelling and designing software such as Elmhurst Design Sap, AutoCAD, Passive Design Assistant, ArcGIS Pro, Prokon, and others, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge in EPC, SAP and Energy Efficient Building Modelling software. Proficient in using HOMER software and designing off-grid hybrid power systems, as I designed and modelled a PV/Diesel generator power system for a village in Ethiopia.I am passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, green buildings, net-zero carbon buildings, passive building design/construction, management, and sales. Currently, I am CEO of Memar Group for Construction & Engineering, Country Manager of Regus in Libya, Building Rank's Master Franchise holder and General Manager for Wall Street English.
