Contributed to building Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) systems powered by blockchain technologies such as Hyperledger Aries, utilizing the NestJS framework for backend development.• Gained expertise in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and collaborated with DevOps on infrastructure setup, enhancing knowledge in Nginx, Docker, and AWS services, including Lambda, S3, EC2, and Amazon SNS.• Key projects included MyBID (Regov Technologies), AiiTouch (Asian Institute of Insurance), and UWCA (United World Chinese Association). Delivered features such as verifiable credentials for secure logins and controlled data sharing.*Self-Sovereign Identity concept is where end-users have elevated control over their credentials data by using an Aries agent and storing their verifiable credentials in a secure place owned by them, where they can then use it to access services that would like to restrict to only credentials that are issued by respected authority bodies digitally. Verification of credentials is automated by Aries agent that checks the schema and credential definitions stored in related blockchain ledgers against the stored credentials of the end-user.
