This study assessed the level of awareness and integration of sustainability practices within these organizations, highlighting areas for improvement and guiding future strategies.• Developed an Impact Assessment Definition, Methodology, and Framework to enable organizations to measure and evaluate the social, environmental, and economic impact of their initiatives. As a Teaching Assistants (TA) my job was collaborate with tutors and work under the joint leadership of Mawhiba and Oxmedica to create the best possible learning environment for the talented students while in class, for their transportation to and from classes, and for ensuring that each student is in position to gain the maximum benefit from the course. Also as TA I deliver a certain amount of course content and giving student help session to make sure they up to understanding the course. My course was a combination of Math and Physics and it's applications, and I had 24 talented student form all around the kingdom.
