Roles and Responsibilities:● Researched and prepared subsystem, equipment installation and test specification for Malaysia Sea Surveillance Systems (MSSS) Phase II to ensure all deliverables offered are available and comply with the Government Service Requirement.● Assisted Projects Manager in the planning and coordinating of projects to ensure the project delivered efficiently and timely manner.● Lead, coordinated daily site activities with JKR’s project team in the scope of Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, C&S and QS during project and Defect Liability Period (DLP) to ensure all defects are rectified as per client’s needs and satisfaction.● Managed, monitored and verified of Testing and Commissioning activities alongside Consultant and Client’s representative to ensure all related works comply with the requirement.● Managed, coordinated and carried out Installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Fabrication, materials delivery and mobilization to site to assure all project activities are executed efficiently and cautiously.● Managed installation works, testing and maintenance of Sea Surveillance System for Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) and Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) to ensure the company's services are reliable to provide solutions towards national maritime sovereignty.● Prepared Interim Claim Payment (ICP) report, financial projection, and schedule of payment towards achieving profit margin target.● Develop the Extension of Time (EOT) document for the project and submit it for the Client's approval.● Analyzed and explored possible new Radar Site area to be proposed to KDN to consider new establishment of Radar coverage for future national maritime sovereignty.● Lead design team in preparing the submission of construction drawing, shop drawing, and as-built drawings for client’s approval.

• Assisted General Manager in providing Bill of Quantity for scope of work E&I and steel structure to be presented to the Board of Director.• Performed drawing’s assessment and document review to be submitted and meet client’s satisfaction.• Day-to-day tasks and long term assignments as determined by the Project Manager to support engineering department and technical team.

• Assists signaling engineer (from Ansaldo STS) to conduct all testing and commissioning activities in full compliance with company standards, contract requirements, project schedule, approved test procedures, quality, and safety.• Conducted and carried out pre-testing prior to commencement of functional test and T&C to ensure all cables laid and termination are securely fastened and comply with specification.• Conducted and supervised installation works on site during production activities to ensure all the installation carried out as per drawing, specification and procedures.• Coordinated and liaised with Factory Manager in providing technical and installation drawing prior to carry out installation and termination works for Equipment Box (EB), Technician Point Control Panel (TPCP), Block Line Side Cabinet (BLSC), Line Side Cabinet (LSC), Station Line Side Cabinet (SLSC).• Performed and carried out cable replacement and termination works to replace the power and signal cables.• Performed and carried out cable replacement and termination works to replace the power and signal cables.• Assisted System Contractor (Balfour-Beatty) in providing cabling infrastructure to ensure the power and signal are maximized efficiently.• Assisted System Contractor in performing cabling pre-test works prior to commencement of T&C to ensure all testing activities are safe and performed efficiently.

• Assisted in Request for Inspection (RFI) issued by Main Contractor to carry out inspection and verification works to ensure all installation works are comply with specification, requirement and best engineering practice.• Developed detailed design/ drawings for Mechanical and Electrical Services using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment/ tools.
