Responsible for overseeing and managing production operations, troubleshooting and optimization of operation by developing new manufacturing procedures.Providing technical support to field operations in the production of lubricant and additives using latest mixing and blending techniques and the efficient use of VII and additive components or DDI packages in the formulation of lubricant.Involve in the procurement of raw materials and have existing network with suppliers and services providers.Responsible for the quality of raw material, on-going process materials and final product by using chemical and physical analysis followed by different International Standards. Quality Control/Assurance through latest testing equipment e.g. Optima 8000 ICP-OES Spectrometer, Automatic Potentiometric Titrimeter and Cold Cranking Simulator (CCS) etc., Recommendation of batch after evaluation of testing results according to required specification of product e.g. Engine oil (mono/multi grade), ATF, gearbox fluids, brake fluids, hydraulic fluids, cutting oil/coolants, Insulating oil, Industrial, and Marine oil etc.
