1- Identify and respond to industrial customer requirements and develop new accounts in order to deliver customer satisfaction.2- Process UAR requests received from RC for new projects for industrial customers in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair.3- Process UAR requests for increasing or reduction in allocated quantities for existing customers.4- Conduct kick/off meetings with new customers to facilitate their requests and to provide proper guidance for providing the service.5- Participate in service commissioning process for industrial customers and ensure meter registration.6- Prepare and manage all Connection Agreement (CA) and Utility User Agreements (UUA) with customers.7- Manage the deals with customer starting from pre-service, during service and after service8- Manage customer commercial complain issues and requirements using CRM system9- Manage customer allocation requests with RC and Facility planning10-Enhance communication protocol between customers and MARAFIQ. 11-Respond to customer problems and complaints in the appropriate timescales, as stipulated in Connection and Utility User Agreements, in order to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.12-Arrange monthly visits to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in order to deliver increased customer satisfaction.13-Co-ordinate with internal functions on behalf of customers, in order to provide a seamless, end-to-end service in resolving issues14-Liaise with the Royal Commission on occasion, as delegated by the Manager, in order to have development proposals approved.15-Track all required changes, amendments and enhancements to the UUA and CA.16-Prepare business profiles to top management.17-Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within the Customer Relations activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
