We created this Agency for small business owners. My job is to provide direction for growth and taking opportunities for small businesses. Owners of various businesses even don't get the idea of the difference between business operations and business growth. They think that just conducting day-to-day tasks fulltime are helping them to grow their company in near future. They even lack the whole business function or a vital part (Record Keeping, Lead generation, customer feedback). Thus falls in the trap of their knowledge, age or skills acquired and failing to provide accurate direction to their organization.And the most pathetic part, they don't know the technologies and tools which are like blood-vessels for their organizations. i.e. CRM, Books, Automation & Integrations, Project Management, Productivity, Leads gathering and lot more.

Lead many audits for various companies including private and public companies, my major responsibilities include:Prepared final reports including financial and non-financial to directly review to the partner (head of the frim). Lead the team and assigned responsibilities to the members to handle the assignment and for timely completion within the deadline.Audit engagement based on understanding of Client business, Business Operating Processes & Audit risk assessment, Carrying out the engagement, according to International Auditing Standards, Delegating responsibilities to junior staff & Finalization of engagement with close interaction of Client's Management.Reviewed internal controls, Evaluating accounting systems to make suggestions for improvement, determine their efficiency and effectiveness & document the findings & recommendations.Provided information to ensure legal compliance with Regulatory requirements of Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan & Companies Ordinance 1984.Prepared of Various Reports, Drafting & Editing Technical & Financial Proposals, Providing guidelines for Information Technology during Day-to-Day Operations.
