• To closely monitor the inventory level and timely indenting (PR Creation) of spares by ERP.• To proceed comparative statement and suggest technical recommendation for the procurement of required spares • Follow up of proceed CS up to the inspection of ordered spares on frequent basis• Develop and implement systems to record file and store information pertaining to project enquiries.

• To enhance the equipment reliability with strict compliance on maintenance cost and keeping it minimum.• Supervision of workshop staff to ensure assigned work conforms in time completion with high maintenance standards.• Responsible for Job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and workforce allocation for day to day requirements.• To plan the maintenance schedule of machines on monthly basis along with close monitoring for execution of already submitted plan shared with the Central monitoring team.
